🌴 SKF Singapore kicked off April with a green bang and the experience was inspiring! Our team dived into a farm exploration tour & microgreen workshop soaking every moment with enthusiasm & curiosity. 🌾 The farm tour allowed us to witness the dedication that goes into sustainable farming helping us gain valuable insights about food security, resilience, biodiversity, indoor vs controlled environment agriculture and soil health. 🌱 We got our hands dirty (literally!), in the microgreen workshop where we learnt not only how to grow organic microgreens at home or in office but also appreciate how they can add flavor and nutrition to dishes to improve our culinary experience. 👩🌾 We are proud of our team for embracing a learning opportunity outside office, bonding over nature, fostering deeper connections to the world around us and most importantly, we had fun harvesting our microgreens. Wie die RecondOil Box von SKF mit der patentierten Double Separation Technologie (DST) die Maschinenlaufzeiten verlängern und notwendige Ölwechsel herauszögern kann, zeigt ein Pilotversuch beim renommierten Papierhersteller Munksjö in Aalen. Rund 2.500 Liter Umlaufschmieröl müssen dort alle vier bis sechs Jahre komplett ausgetauscht und die Tanks aufwändig gereinigt werden. Bei einer der beiden großen Papiermaschinen am Standort wurde eine RecondOil Box mit vier Filterkammern in den Ölkreislauf intergiert und die Entwicklung der Ölqualität regelmäßig unabhängig dokumentiert. Ergebnis: Der Alterungsprozess des bereits langjährig genutzten Öls konnte erheblich gebremst und die ISO-Reinheit sogar verbessert werden. Der zuvor bereits erhöhte Säuregrad des Öls wurde stabil gehalten. So konnte die Laufzeit der Maschine um sechs Monate verlängert werden. Till Gerrit Neumann, technischer Verkaufsleiter im SKF RecondOil Team, sieht in den RecondOil Boxen eine „leicht zu implementierende, kostensparende und umweltschonende Anwendung für nahezu alle größeren Maschinenparks. Die Technik ist ausgereift und lässt sich skalieren, so dass wir für jeden Ölkreislauf die richtige Größe anbieten können.“ #SKFRecondOil #ForABetterTomorrow #Sustainability
